Chef Davide Pritoni, of No. 43 Italian Bistro, Cape House, Langsuan presents his November’s Recommendation of “Filetto di Tonno alla Mediterranea” (Tuna Steak Mediterranean Style). Served with vegetables in a fresh tomato sauce that causes the fish to explode with flavour in the mouth, this dish is simple but very tasty. Priced at only Baht 500++, it goes well with a dry white wine such as a Pinot Grigio.
