Organizer of “THE 28th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2011” — commends the strong willpower of all operators affected by the severest flood in Thailand and also believes in the potential and resilience of Thailand’s automotive industry to recover quickly from the devastation and resume its firm and sustainable position within a short period of time.
For this reason, we wish to confirm that “THE 28th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2011” will be held as originally scheduled in order that the event can play a key role in supporting Thailand’s automotive industry at this critical juncture.
At the same time, we would also like the people who have just been through a long period of difficulty and suffering to have a chance of satisfying themselves with what they had been missing during the crisis — be it a new car or an accessory for their beloved car — as well as enjoyment from visiting the Expo and participation in its activities.
However, as the crisis has only just ended we would be grateful for the participants’ cooperation in being mindful of the appropriateness of each activity that they will organize.
We are confident that success of “THE 28th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2011” under the concept “Automobile Blossoms in Full Bloom” will come to symbolize the Thai auto industry’s refusal to give in to obstacles and provide a boosting force for a bright future both for producers and consumers.
