Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards 2011, the “Oscars” of Thailand's property and real estate industry, are set to be announced on this coming December 6, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. With Thanachart Bank as its main sponsor, the bank reveals that mortgage loan is one of its key business to aggressively pursue, in order to build a total financial solution for its customers.
Mr. Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media Ltd., discloses that Ensign Media has been staging Thailand Property Awards, which are considered the “Oscars” of Thailand’s property and real estate industry since 2006. Now named Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards 2011 after its main sponsor, the 6th edition set to be announced at a Gala Dinner on December 6, 2011 at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is aimed to promote project management excellence which are internationally recognized and accepted in the global arena. Given progresses and advancements in the local property and real estate market, where Thai and foreign investors actively participate at the moment, it is believed that such promotion will help the industry cope with increasingly diverse demands in the market segments.
