Hyundai Motor (Thailand), the sole importer and distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Thailand, continues to make the Motor Expo 2011 a very special event with a launch of the New Hyundai Tucson Series 2012, which includes a full line-up of the famous Hyundai SUV namely The New Hyundai Tucson 2.0D 4WD Turbo Diesel 177 horsepower at special introductory price of 1,690,000 baht; The New Hyundai Tucson 2.0G 4WD Gasoline 166 horsepower at 1,895,500 baht; and The New Hyundai Tucson 2.0S 2WD Gasoline 166 horsepower at special introductory price of 1,390,000 baht. Concept Car
Hyundai i-flow concept car comes with a 1.7-liter turbo diesel engine (115 hp) combined with electric motor (30 kw) to produce optimum economical fuel consumption of 33.3 km per liter at only 85 g per km of carbon dioxide emission through 6-speed automatic transmission and dual clutch system. The car uses a newly developed Lithium Ion-Polymer battery and parts co-developed by BASF including Thermo-Electric Generator, which converts exhaust into back-up power when driving at 80 km per hour. Hyundai i-flow is indeed a look into the future and choice for our future generation for cleaner world. It is the first-ever Hyundai hybrid in turbo diesel form, which showcases Hyundai’s real technological supremacy as one of the leading car manufacturers in the world.
