Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) will once again rock Thailand’s retail society by opening CentralPlaza Grand Rama IX, the newest major project on Rama IX road, with an investment of over 6 billion baht. The project is aimed at providing a happy and joyful experience, starting from the coming New Year’s holiday. The CentralPlaza Grand Rama IX project is worth a total of over six billion baht. It is located in an area of central Bangkok, the Rama IX and Ratchadaphisek intersection, which is one of the most important high-potential business areas surrounded by office buildings. The location is also near residential areas and tourist hotels while another strength is its accessibility, as the store can be reached by MRT, the Airport Link and Expressway.
Being developed as a one-stop lifestyle entertainment shopping complex, CentralPlaza Grand Rama IX is situated on over 105-rai of land and has a total space of over 214,000 square meters. The plaza has 7 floors and 2 basements and the tower zone is from the 8th to 16th floors. The store is packed with famous merchandise and services under the Merchandising Mix concept, which will be the answer for a new generation of city residents. Over 300 international and local fashion brands including Uniqlo, GAP, MANGO, H.E. by MANGO and Lyn Around will serve the needs of the latest ‘Work & Play’ lifestyle well. CPN aims to welcome at least 120,000 clients a day.
