The Regent’s School led by Mr. Michael Walton, Principal Pattaya Campus ( 2nd from left of back row) congratulated to 30 students went to join The FOBISSEA Games 2011 at Negeri Sembilan of Malaysia. The events aimed at promoting sport abilities, development and friendship among students in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, Negeri Sembilan of Malaysia a member of The Federation of British International School in South and South East Asia hosted The FOBISSEA Games. The international sport events comprised of four very popular games Football, Swimming, Athletes and Basketball. FOBISSEA GAMES 2011 is aiming to develop international cooperation and challenges through FOBISSEA sport/games, music festivals, drama festival and environment/ community services. Sports have been part of holistic education to prepare young students to be ready for both physical and mental health. FOBISSEA Games 2011 has gained a great success in enhancing a valued experience for young students to work together and challenge their development under the professional standard of Sports Science, safety, good nutrition, health and the spirit of competition. We have continued to develop our youth to possess both good health and good heart since their early days to be good leader to this world.
