Mr. Akapol Sorasuchart, the President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Philippe Fournier (Middle) President of The International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO). Under to term of MoU, TCEB and IAPCO join hand provide professional development training for congress organisers in the Southeast Asian Region during 2013-2015. Mr. Andre Vietor (Right), Chair of the Training Academy of IAPCO also joined as a witness at the ceremony.
