CIGNA Insurance Public Co.,Ltd., led by Mr. Gary Wayne Denson (2nd from left), CEO and Country Manager presented the donation of 30 water purification devices “Life Straw” to Thai Red Cross Society represented by H.E. Mr. Sawanit Kongsiri (Centre), Assistant Secretary-General of the Thai Red Cross Society and EM.Prof. Damrong Reinprayoon, M.D. (2nd from right), Director of Thai Red Cross Volunteers Bureau to help flood victims in Thailand. The presentation took place at the Reception Room, Terd Phra Kiarti Phra Yansangworn Building, Thai Red Cross Society. “Lifestraw” water purification devices are very suitable for use in flood disaster areas. It can excellently filter bacteria and viruses to produce clean drinking water to family or community. Previously, Unicef distributed the Lifestraw to refugees in Republic of Uganda and to victims of the earthquake disaster in Pakistan as well.
