The Board of Directors of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) today held a Strategic Workshop to review strategic plans for THAI in 2012.
Mr. Ampon Kittiampon, THAI’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the workshop, consisting of members of the THAI Board of Directors and senior management, to review THAI’s corporate strategies for improved operating performance and competitiveness in 2012. The improvement areas included generating profit in a highly competitive aviation market, with steadily-increasing fuel prices, through European financial crisis, and amidst unforeseen situations.
