“The Tasting of Jahn” set menu is specially created from the Executive Chef, Konrad Inghelram, who brings decades of knowledge and experience from some of the finest kitchens in the world to punctuate the island’s palate and make Jahn restaurant a celebrated destination for fine dining.
The restaurant presents unique and exclusive dining options, the menu of ultra-prime and imported ingredients harmoniously paired with traditional Thai cooking techniques and flavorings to create unforgettable dishes. By paying homage to the essence of Thai food and its unique flavor, Jahn takes guests through a culinary journey deeply rooted in Thai traditions in the most luxurious of circumstances. From January — April 2012, Jahn offers a delightful seven-course dinner set menu priced at THB 2,900* per person and at THB 4,900* with wine pairing. The set menu comprise of: Amuse Bouche, Hand Dived Scallop Tartar, Organic Papaya Salad, Celery sorbet, Massaman of Wagyu Beef or Green Curry of Brittany Lobster, Tapioca, The King’s treat, and Petit fours (*prices are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government taxes).
