Menu highlights include fresh cut Suckling Pig at the chef’s live station served with Chinese pickles and your choice of sauces, as well as Roasted Duck, Barbequed Pork Cantonese Style, Drunken Chicken, Szechuan soup, and many other Chinese dishes.
Western buffet items include Foie Gras at the live station, Lamb Ossobuco, grilled or roasted imported beef, lamb and ham and imported fish and mussels. Cold seafood offerings range from Alaskan King Crab to New Zealand Mussels as well as imported oysters, fresh river prawns and more.
