Chinese New Year is when family and friends get together to celebrate and prey for the coming of another auspicious and fruitful year. The Siam City Hotel heads into the Year of the Dragon with a wide selection of menus, treats, entertainment and festivities! From 15 to 31 January, Bangkok’s most beloved Cantonese restaurant, Lin-Fa, will play host to a range of specialty celebrations you won’t want to miss!
The highlight will be a special ? la carte menu of nine dishes as follows: good luck fish maw, deep-fried foie gras spring roll, double-boiled shark’s fin soup with ginseng, stir-fried prawns and sea snails with X.O sauce, steamed conpoy and seaweed with seasonal vegetables, steamed prawns with abalone sauce, baked goose web with egg noodles, double-boiled Chinese pear in Mandarin orange and gingko nuts with mashed red beans. Also available are over a hundred Lin-Fa classic dishes and twenty-four delectable dim sum treats! Best of all, those who spend over Bht 12,000 nett get 25% off their bill (excluding all-you-can-eat dim sum)!
