Thammasat University (TU) and Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) recently hosted an “ASEAN Supply Chain” seminar. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kulapatra Sirodom, TU Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy chaired the seminar and welcomed participants. Sarut Ruttanaporn, SCB First Executive Vice President joined experts including Dr. Pawat Vitoorapakorn,President of Eastern Polymer Group, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pavida Pananond, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ruth Banomyong and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sathaporn Opassanon from Department of International Business, Logistic and Transport Management, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy Thammasat University to share views on impacts from the flood crisis on the supply chain sector, short-term and long-term adaptation tactics, logistics system prevention and adjustment, investment strategies for the future, and recommendations for the public and private sectors.
