Starting the menu with Chinese style crispy prawn salad, Wonton soup with crab meat followed with Turmeric soft shell crabs, Steam white snapper with soya sauce, Stir fried beef with black pepper sauce and complete the celebrating meal with the traditional dessert, sweet dumplings filled with black sesame paste.
