Popular downtown hotel welcomes youngest ever Front Office Manager with international experience.Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom has announced the appointment of Bundith Juvasvat as the hotel’s new Front Office Manager.The 28-year-old Thai native is the youngest ever person to have been placed in charge of the Front Office. This rising star of the Novotel family brings more than five years’ experience in international hospitality, after joining Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom last year as Assistant Front Office Manager.He quickly accepted the duties of managing Front Office operations for the 216-room property, dealing with budget planning and recruitment, overseeing training and developing customer services functions for the international hotel brand. Bundith brings the benefit of his experiences working with Dusit Princess City Centre Dubai and Oceania Cruise Line, Miami, where he tended to guests’ needs on a high-class 600-berth cruise liner.Bundith Juvasvat earned a Bachelor of Business, International Hotel and Resort Management at Le Cordon Bleu, University of South Australia.
