Thailand Health and Beauty Show opens on the 6,000 square meters of Exhibition Hall 103 at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) Bangna between 25-29 January 2012. In addition to participating business operators, there are lots of educational and entertainment activities. The tradeshow is expected to attract at least 20,000 visitors and generate more than 100 million baht in revenues through the five days of trade negotiations.
H.E. Mr. Siriwat Kajornprasart , Deputy Minister of Commerce, said after presiding over the opening ceremony of the 12nd Thailand Health and Beauty Show that this trade show would significantly boost Thailand health and beauty industry to widen the market and increase exports. Department of Export Promotion has operated an aggressive strategy and changed the image of Thailand health and Beauty Show to become the Asia's largest platform for international health and beauty trade negotiations. The fair would also drive Thailand as the vibrant health and beauty business center in the region. It is expected to bring in more than 200,000 million in revenues to the country.
The 13rd Thailand Health and Beauty Show is organized under "The Paradise of Beauty and Wellness" concept featuring Thailand as the paradise of good health and beauty. It is aimed to enhance an image of being the health and beauty industry center in Asia. There are local and foreign health and beauty business operators participated fully on the 6,000 square meters of the trade show. In addition, a lot of buyers and importers from many countries are also interested in trade negotiations.
Besides the exhibition, there are interesting activities to offer visitors health & beauty knowledge and entertainment everyday such as Spa Showcase, Herbal Garden, Music Therapy, Self Relaxation Massage Technique, Demonstration of New Makeup Trends and Lanna Exotic. Moreover, there is a seminar on Green Packaging and E-marketing/E-Commerce to offer knowledge for participants. It is a part to help expand the marketing channel into the world-class marketplace and establish business opportunities in the international arena.
The 12nd Thailand Health and Beauty Show is trade-only for its first two days on 25-26 January 2012 at 10.00am - 6.00pm and open to retail and the general public between 27-29 January 2012 at 10.00am - 8.00pm at Hall 103, BITECT Bangna.

In Thailand Health and Beauty Show, there are special activities offering visitors learning opportunities and pleasure. The activities are:
1 Spa Showcase
The perfect spa model will be created to demonstrate Thai-style spa service and display some of Thai herbal spa products. It is aimed to foster understanding of Thai spa. In addition, a backdrop will be decorated as vertical garden to catch visitors' attention and follow Paradise of Beauty & Wellness concept.
2 Herbal Garden
The venue space will be decorated as magnificent herbal garden with herbal plants, lotus pond and rare diverse plants. The visitors can learn more about various Thai herbs in the pleasant ambience.
3 Stage activities
Performance stage is one of activities to liven up the event. The highlighted activities on the stage include:
-Music Therapy Show. It is a science that applies music to rehabilitate and change physical, mental and emotional health.
-Self relaxation massage technique. The current lifestyles cause working people more stress. Due to working environment that people have to sit in front of a computer for a long time, it makes them stressful and tired. This demonstration will guide office workers to relieve the stress and stiff by yourselves.
-Demonstration of new makeup trends by celebrity. Visitors will be invited to participate in the event.
-Lanna Exotic. It is a massage science that applies an ancient Lanna massage techniques to create uniqueness in accordance with tradition and Lanna-style arts.
4 Seminar
A seminar will be organized to provide knowledge for the manufacturers including green packaging & E-marketing/E-Commerce. It is aimed to expand a marketing channel into the world-class level and establish business opportunities in the global marketplace.
