Kavin Intertrade Co., Ltd. opened two great shows of the 7th Edition Thailand Franchise & Business Opportunities 2011 (TFBO) and the 5th Edition Thailand Retail, Food & Hospitality Services 2011 (TRAFS) at EH 101-102, Bangkok International and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Mr. Poom Sarapol, Deputy Minister of Commerce (5th right) presided over the opening ceremony together with Mr. Kavin Kittiboonya, Managing Director of Kavin Intertrade Co., Ltd. (center) and honored guests in Food & Hospitality industry. Over 220 exhibitors from 40 countries were attended in this event which are the best and biggest franchising events in ASEAN as well as the leading show of food and drink in Thailand.
In the opening ceremony, Chef Jamnong Nirangsan, President of the Thai Chefs Association (5th left) was assigned from TFBO host to offer trend of food and beverages in 2012 that is focus on Healthy Food - Asian Fusion Cuisine while Mr. Eric Berrigaud, Executive Chef of BITEC responsible for cooking and creating Fusion Cocktail food which he is specialize in and is recognized by gourmets on his menu, taste and decoration.
