The special dinner for two begins with crema di cannellini con cozze e calamari spillo, a creamy appetizer of cannellini bean pur?e with mussels and baby squid. Diners will also enjoy Chef Stefano’s home made pasta with ravioli di baccala’ con salsa di cime di rapa, raviolo filled with baccal? served on a flavorsome turnip leaf sauce, and branzino selvaggio con brodo di finocchi e patate all’oliva nera, wild sea bass with a fragrant fennel broth and black olive potatoes. A highlight of the evening will be filetto di vitello con salsa al tartufo bianco, succulent veal tenderloin served with a white truffle sauce. The memorable meal ends with a heavenly dessert of pralina di nocciola, gelato al vino, macedonia e radice amara, hazelnut praline with red wine ice cream, tutti-frutti and salsify and caffe` te` e cioccolato, coffee, tea and a chocolate moment.
