Executive Chef Purida Theeraphong, one of Thailand’s few female 5-star Executive Chefs, invites guests to explore Thailand’s most ethnically polarised regions with a culinary tour which encompasses the length and breadth of the land during the entire month of February. The Rama V-inspired “Tong Tiew” (travelling) menu brings satays and curries from the North, chicken and fish delicacies from Central Thailand, Isan dipping sauces and healthy Aom, and spicy Southern dishes to bring colour to the face. Emphasis is on extraordinary authenticity, with inspiration taken from the majesty of royal travels in chapters gone by. Create your own menu from your favourite region(s). Regional “Tong Tiew” set menus are just 550 Baht ++ per person and is offered during dinner time only. The 4-region specials are offered from 1- 28 February 2012.
