Ananda discloses its aggressive business plan to be listed in 1H12 and to launch 4 IDEO MOBI projects worth Bt10bn in 4 Bangkok’s prime locations in 2012. The 4 projects, which will total 2,475 units and carry a starting price of only Bt1.9mn, will be officially launched at the Siam Paragon during this coming February 2-5, 2012.
Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of Ananda Development Pcl., discloses about the company’s 2012 business plan that, given due progress and preparations, Ananda aims to successfully be listed in the SET in order to raise its capitals within 1H12 and to aggressively launch 4 new IDEO MOBI condominium projects worth Bt10bn in 4 Bangkok’s prime locations including IDEO MOBI Phyathai, IDEO MOBI Sukhumvit, IDEO MOBI Sathorn, and IDEO MOBI Rama 9, in early 2012. The 4 projects, which will total 2,475 units, will be officially launched at the Hall of Fame, M Floor, Siam Paragon during this coming February 2-5, 2012.
