EIT signs 3-year contract to designate IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd as long-term host of Thailand Engineering Expo

Bangkok--6 Feb--DC Consultants and Marketing Communications The Engineering Institute of Thailand Under H.M. The King’s Patronage (EIT) is gearing up to promote the Thailand Engineering Expo 2012 to be held from July 12-15, 2012 under the theme “Empower Thailand competitiveness with engineering challenge”. The event will showcase the latest innovations including Energy Efficient Engineering, Green Engineering with over 100 topics for conferences and seminars on engineering, focusing on the prevention and management of natural disasters, the most popular topic in this year’s scenario. EIT also announced that it has signed a three-year contract with IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd and designated IMPACT Muang Thong Thani as host venue of the Thailand Engineering Expo for the next three years. The King’s Patronage (EIT) said “Thailand Engineering Expo 2012 will take place during July 12-15, 2012 under the theme Empower Thailand competitiveness with engineering challenge’, at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. In addition to its enormous space and integrated venue management, we are confident that IMPACT Exhibition Management’s professionalism and international expertise will be one of the key success of Thailand Engineering Expo 2012. “We therefore signed a three-year contract with IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd and designated IMPACT Muang Thong Thani as host of the Thailand Engineering Expo for the next three years,” Suwat said. The King’s Patronage (EIT), as chairman of working committee of the Thailand Engineering Expo 2012 — 2015, said: “Following the recent success of the previous years’ editions, especially in 2011 that saw unprecedented success with full cooperation from governmental agencies and the private sector where wide range of visitors - students and the general public participated. We learned that there were about 3,000 engineers participating in the event where they shared experience through seminars, conferences and meetings. The event has served as a key platform to extend knowledge and publicise ideas and innovations derived from engineering excellence to the public.” Thailand Engineering Expo 2012 will also serve as the most cost effective face to face marketing platform for over 400 exhibitors to showcase their latest engineering innovations, technologies and solutions to over 10,000 highly targeted engineering professionals and industry players across nine engineering disciplines, such as: 1. Computer Engineering, 2. Industrial Engineering, 3. Electrical Engineering, 4. Civil Engineering, 5. Mining & Petroleum Engineering, 6. Environmental Engineering, 7. Automotive Engineering, 8. Mechanical Engineering, and 9. Multi-Engineering. The event will also focus on energy saving, alternative energy such as environmentally friendly engineering called Energy Efficient Engineering, Green Engineering including engineering relating to disaster prevention and management.
