New Stylish Restaurant “Crave” Opens in Aloft Bangkok-Sukhumvit 11 in Heart of Entertainment District
The new Aloft Bangkok-Sukhumvit 11 introduces Crave, a hip, new dining concept that blends style and technology with culinary creativity for an unforgettable experience. The first Aloft-branded hotel in Thailand, the Aloft Bangkok — Sukhumvit 11 was designed for the modern and tech-savvy traveller looking for a fun, social experience at an affordable price point.
Located on the eight level of the new Aloft Bangkok-Sukhumvit 11, Crave introduces Bangkok to a new concept in dining where high-end technology, high style, and culinary creations come together for an unforgettable meal. The restaurant features a bright, open space with clean lines and modern d?cor and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Sukhumvit. An open bar is center stage, where mixologists concoct refreshing creations. Menus are presented “old school” or on special iPads.
Crave’s menu features a bounty of fresh, seasonal selections at a reasonable price. Breakfast features a delectable buffet with a wide variety of healthy international cuisine like mini wheat germ pancakes, whole-wheat BFT pizza, fried smoothies and organic rice waffles. Lunch features a semi-buffet menu selection with items such as oven baked sea bass fillet with red bean curd rub and braised spring vegetables; crispy soft shell crab with spicy avocado dip; beer batter fish and fries with spicy hollandaise sauce and wood-fired BBQ spring chicken.
Dinner features fresh seafood dishes and daily specials like grilled Maine Boston lobster; steamed snow fish; and prawn-stuffed snow fish. A well-stocked wine cellar offers an impressive 3,000 bottles from more than 250 international labels with the most updated descriptions and recommendations listed on the restaurant iPads.
