Ms. Benja Louicharoen (second right), Director General of the Excise Department, Ministry of Finance, received a cash donation from Mr. Phairoj Poungsuvann (second left), First Vice President of Human Resources Department, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Excise Department at the Department on February 17, 2012. The donation will be used to establish a scholarship fund for students of Tesaban Sappasamitbamrung School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
