Architect Council of Thailand organizes seminar in topic "Thai architect with standpoint for uniting ASEAN Economic Community" and speech "City plan for future of Thailand" "City plan for flood management policy" and "City plan for long term flood resolution at BuildTech'12 expo, Building and Decoration Technology exposition, in Saturday, April 7th, 2012 from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC)
The "Thai architect with standpoint for uniting ASEAN Economic Community" seminar is moderated by Duangrit Bunnag, board member of Architect council of Thailand and chairman of subcommittee on foreign affairs. The “City plan for future of Thailand” will be moderated by Dr. Veerapong Ramakul, chairman of Strategic Committee for Reconstruction and Future Development (SCRF). In addition, there will be 2 dialogues in topic "City plan for flood management policy" by Mr. Rachatin Sayamanon, member of Strategic Committee for Water Resources Management (SCWRM), Assoc. Prof. Chukiat Sapphaisal, member of Strategic Committee for Water Resources Management (SCWRM) and Dr. Veerapan Shinawatra, dean of faculty of architecture, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and subcommittee of city planning and water management policy primary researching, senate. And “City plan for long term flood resolution” speech by Prof. Kittikhun Decha Boonkham, former dean of faculty of architecture, Chulalongkorn University, former Thai Association of Landscape Architects and Vice-Chairman of City plan and habitation researching commission, Dr. Terdkiat Sakdicumduang, Chairman of Association of Thai Urban Designers and Vice-Chairman of City plan and habitation researching commission, Senate, Khaisri Paksukcharern, Ph.D., head of Urban and Regional planning department, Faculty of architecture, Chulalongkorn University and Mr. Paradej Payakawichean, Vice-Chairman of Association of Thai Urban Designers. All of seminars and speeches will take place in Saturday, April 7th, 2012 from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC)
Meanwhile, during these activities, all of attendant will know the research and way of professional architect with advising and consulting in order to be guideline for preparation. The attendant will be able to question and opinion exchanging for adaptation in professional architecture jobs to prepare for ASEAN Economic Community uniting in 2015.
Furthermore there will be masterpiece showcase from Architecture council of Thailand for displaying objective detail of council and role of council in long term city rebuilding.
You will witness all of the above features in BuildTech'12, Building and Decoration Technology exposition, co-organized with ConXpo'12, Construction Equipment and Machinery exposition, and Energy Saving'12, Energy Saving exposition in one exposition called "3 in 1" under concept "REBUILD" at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), from April 5th to 8th, 2012 from 10.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. with comfortable transportation via BTS Skytrain.
