Bangkok--28 Feb--Penettrate Communications - Cash on hand increases 193% to 2,414 Million Baht! - Forecast 30-40% growth this year Toyo-Thai Corporation Plc (TTCL) reports a high 70% revenue growth in 2011 to 8,996 million baht. Cash On hand jumps 193% to 2,114 million baht. Company expects to grow further 30-40% in 2012. Khun Kobchai Thanasukarn, General Manager — Finance and Investor Relations of Toyo- Thai Corporation Plc (TTCL) , Thailand’s only All-round Integrated EPC Contractor, reveals that “In 2011, we have achieved a Tremendous Growth with a 70% revenue increase to 8,896 million baht from revenue of 5,258 million baht in 2010. Our cash on hand jumps a significant 193% to 2,441 million baht from 832 million baht in 2010. The gross profit increases 22% to 1,043 million baht, from 856 million baht while net profit jumps 18% to 399 million baht, from 337 million baht in 2010. Our net profit margin is 4.44%, our Return on Equity (ROE) is a high 24% while an earnings per shares jumps 19% to 0.83 baht from 0.70 baht in 2010. The company will pay out dividend , totaling 206 million baht or equaling 0.43 baht per share. We will pay a final 0.25 baht dividend per share in the end of April, as we already paid an interim dividend of 0.18 baht earlier. As of December 31st, 2011, we have a backlog of over 15,000 million baht and will realize most of it in 2012. Therefore, our revenues should grow further for 30-40%. In addition, we are bidding for many projects worth over 50,000 million baht.” “TTCL will concentrate on expanding our business not only undertake an integrated EPC construction work, but also jointly invest in the interesting projects both domestic and international by focusing on public utility and energy projects. Our important projects are NNE power plant and Siam Solar Power Plant (SSP) which the company jointly invests with KOMIPO (Korea Midland Power Co., Ltd.), a leading Korea-based International Power Plant Operator and Contractor.
