The fish menu included Grouper, Salmon, Sea Bass, Red Snapper, Yellow Fin Tuna, Pacific John Dory, Mackerel, Lemon Sole, Halibut, Tub Tim, Parrot, Tilapia, Norway Saba, Pomfret and Snow Fish. Personalize your particular taste with cooking options such as steamed with garlic, simple barbecued, crispy deep fried with dip, teamed with soya sauce, deep friend with fresh turmeric, deep fried with sweet and sour marinade sauce, stir fried or woke fried with vegetables and many more.
