Throughout March and April 2012, Moments Restaurant, The AETAS bangkok is preparing a special Mango Festival with selection of Mango dishes from traditional dishes such as Grilled Lamb Chops with Mango Salsa, Grilled Snow Fish with Mango Sauce to iconic dishes like Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice and Mango Cheese cake.
All dishes are created and prepared by our very own nationwide Award-Winning Executive Chef Phongthon Manketwit (Winner: Thailand Retail, Food & Hospitality Services 2011).
