German logistics services company, Leschaco has moved into a new multipurpose facility at TPARK Bangna.
The company, which services customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries, recently completed a soft opening of a unique hazardous good warehouse, built-to-suit by TICON Logistic Park Company Limited (TPARK). The new warehouse provides the advantages of a Free Zone combined with those of a General Zone all under one roof.
Commenting on the new warehouse, Mr. Ian Hamilton, Director of TPARK, said the facility had been built specifically to Leschaco’s requirements and also complied with the guidelines of the Department of Industrial Works (DIW).
“Leschaco, has been operating in Thailand since 1999 and has a well-deserved reputation as a leader in the provision of logistic services in key industries,” said Mr Hamilton. “As a specialist developer of logistics facilities in Thailand, we were able to respond to their needs by providing an optimal solution at TPARK Bangna”.
In addition to the multipurpose warehouse, Leschaco, has also leased a further general warehouse at TPARK Bangna in the Non-Free Zone area. The total space of both facilities totaled 25,000 square metres.
