Siam Commercial Bank, as the sole bookrunner and joint lead underwriter with Bangkok Bank, celebrated the success of Bumrungrad's initial debt offering worth 5 billion baht recently at the Bank's Head Office. Representing their respective organizations at the event were Siam Commercial Bank President Mrs. Kannikar Chalitaporn, Bangkok Bank Vice Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors Mr. Deja Tulananda, and Bumrungrad Hospital CEO Mr. Dennis Brown. The debt offering, overwhelmingly accepted by investors, will be used to promote service quality and support business expansion in Thailand and abroad.
