HP Customer Care website is now available in Thai language
HP today announced that the Thai version of the HP Customer Care website is available now at www.hp.com/support/thai, as part of its commitment to Thai customers.
The new Customer Care site will make HP product support information and solutions accessible 24 x 7 to Thai customers and Thai-language speakers around the world. The new site includes support for HP’s imaging and printing products and for consumer desktop computers.

Internet penetration in the Thai community has increased substantially over the last ten years.1 With the new Thai HP Customer Care site, HP is well positioned to respond to Thai customers with online support round the clock.
This support is offered in addition to the replacement service offered across an extensive network of exchange points for customers of HP printers and Original HP cartridges, and the on-site repair service for customers of HP consumer desktop computers.
Thai-language support solutions are available for selected HP products currently on the market.
HP’s Customer Care website is available in 24 languages worldwide.
