CFG Services Company Limited’s Managing Director Mr. Tanyapong Thamavaranukupt revealed that 2011 was one of the best years as the company achieved 45% growth with lending assets of 4.5 billion Baht and currently approved loans to 100,000 customers. Though there was an interference of the big flood which greatly affected businesses in the flood-hit areas in mid 2011, the company successfully managed to attained its corporate goals.
In 2012, CFG Services has set a minimum growth target at 30% with loan volume of 6,000 million Baht and aimed to increase a number of customers to 150,000. Currently, about 70% are motorcycle owners and the remaining 30% of customers comprise owners of home cars and commercial vehicles such as trucks, coaches and tractors. Moreover, distribution channels will be improved for a better access and more new 40 branches will be added to the company’s extensive branch network within this year.
The 2012 corporate direction of CFG Services will be to grab major share in the auto refinancing market and to emphasize its brand awareness, based upon its “Fast and Easy” slogan, with promising fast and friendly services. It also plans to roll out new financial products into the market. The latest financial service that earns considerable positive feedbacks from customers is a ‘truck refinancing loan’ which small and medium enterprises can refinance their commercial vehicles in order to increase their liquidity or to extend their business.
