Mitsubishi Motors Thailand today unveiled sales information of the New “MIRAGE” which is going on official launch at the 33rd Bangkok International Motor Show starting from March 28 through April 8, 2012. Featured include high-efficiency packaging which realizes the great maneuverability and easy driveability to be expected of a compact while also providing a comfortable interior space and class-leading fuel economy targeting 22 km./liter, the new model will come in 5 grades and 8 colors with a price tag ranging from 380,000 to 546,000 baht while Introductory Campaign namely 1st Class Diamond Insurance and 10,000 baht bonus will be offered to celebrate its launching only limited number during the introduction period.

4. Utilities
- Keyless Operation System (KOS), the standard equipment for GLS and GLS Ltd model, enables the driver to lock and unlock the doors and tailgate without taking out a key. The keyless operation key is also equipped with an immobilizer function in order to stop anyone starting the engine with an unauthorized key. Moreover, the engine can be started or stop simply by pushing the engine switch. (Only for GLS and GLS Ltd. models)
- DVD player with 7 inch touch screen monitor together with Bluetooth and Navigation system will be available in GLS Ltd. model, while Radio-CD with MP3 player and front AUX-in is equipped in other models (except GL Model). - High-rigidity body underpins global standard safety, the New “MIRAGE” uses Mitsubishi’s RISE safety body design, 4-side doors impact bar comprising of 4 variations of high tensile strength steel brings dramatic advance in multi-directional impact performance that return the best in class safety.
- New “MIRAGE” comes with ABS with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD)*3. It also provides the better braking performance with front ventilated disc brake and rear drum brake. Dual SRS airbags for GLS and GLS Ltd. models and 3-points ELR front seatbelt are fitted with pretensioners that take up any slack in the shoulder belt on detection of any strong impact force to secure more firmly in a frontal crash and force limiters that operates to slacken the belt and absorb the load acting on the occupant and thereby reduce impact force acting on the chest.

Convenience with Mitsubishi's unique electronically controlled system (ETACS)Standard on all models is Mitsubishi's unique electronically controlled system that provides peace of mind and convenience and supports driving by controlling all of the vehicle's equipment precisely in a variety of situations;

- Automatic Head lamps Shutoff: Automatic Headlight Shutoff turns off head lamps and fog lamps automatically when the ignition is turned off and the driver's door opened.
