Bangkok--19 Mar--Grand Millennium Sukhumvit
Tapas Y Vino, a 43-seat Spanish restaurant at Grand Millennium Sukhumvit has recently welcomed new Spanish Chef and Restaurant Manager, Joan Tanya on board. The Catalan-born chef has a wealth experience gained from Michelin-starred restaurants including “Moo” in Barcelona and “Gordon Ramsey” in London.
The new menu of Tapas Y Vino has been created incorporating sublime Mediterranean cuisine as well as Asian-inspired tapas. “Clients actually design the menu, not chef. The new change is based on what our clients like or request. I have kept all the classic ones while Catalan dishes have been added to present the more variety and exquisite flavour of Spain,” added Chef Joan.
The new dishes include; Beef filet mignon cooked in salt; Mi-cuit foie gras, apple and Pedro Ximenez sweet wine; Russian Salad; Meat and seafood paella; Crunchy sesame seeds and bread salmon, Greek yogurt, passion fruit and vanilla; and Red fruits soup and yogurt espuma.
