SEC Secretary-General Dr. Vorapol Socatiyanurak and SET Executive Vice President Chanitr Charnchainarong signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Expedited Review Framework for Secondary Listings with securities regulators and stock exchanges of Malaysia and Singapore, in Kuala Lumpur on 16 March 2012. A progress in strengthening ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF) cooperation, the Framework will speed up the signatories’ processing of secondary listing applications and disclosure documents.
