Millennium Resort Patong Phuket (MRPP) Executive Chef Mr. Narong Kamtun (Right) welcomed Mr. Saravanan Subramani (Middle), Indian Chef from Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Bangkok for their Indian Food Training Program.
“I’m pleased to have Mr. Saravanan with us as the Indian travel season is about to begin and he can definitely bring hands on experience to our kitchen team. This is part of our cross training program between sister hotels where we continually encouraged to develop our talents and skills and we certainly plan to have more such activities in other departments during the course of the year.” Mr. Peter D. Mr. Suravanan, who is originally from Bengal, India specializes in Royal Indian Cuisine and joined the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Bangkok as part of the pre-opening team in 2008.
