The Wine Trolley is a newly introduced concept of wines appreciation. Made with high quality of wood and other materials in a similar shape of wine barrel, holding an assortment of wines, it has a cooling bucket in the middle to hold the bubbly. Our connoisseurs will only select the best complement to the wide variety of dishes available at the buffet, allowing guests to taste quality wines and sample the variance of wines by the glass. Throughout the month of March, enjoy luscious wine selections from the Chevalier Alexis Lichine vineyard. These French wines have much to offer to everyone’s palate: their Merlot is described as a harmonious wine with velvety tannins, while their Chardonnay is a round and pleasing wine, with a fine balance and notes of citrus.
Featuring both exotic Asian cuisine and international favourites, the buffet tables include a large variety of appetisers, soups, crisp salads, imported cheeses and an assortment of cold cuts. Also on offer is a selection of fresh king crab and New Zealand mussels, premium quality Australian Wagyu beef, veal tenderloin, and succulent lamb served with a choice of Caf? de Paris, red wine, B?arnaise, horseradish and cream sauces. Dessert lovers will also love the homemade ice cream and the spectacular array of traditional French pastries.
