Throughout April, Scarlett Wine Bar & restaurant invites all lovers of Tartar to enjoy the delights of “Tasty Tartar”, specially prepared by Executive Chef Sylvain Royer. The menu features SALMON (Salmon back, lime, argan oil), HOKAIDO SCALLOP(Olive tapanade, truffle oil, basil), TUNA (Soya sauce, wasabi, ginger and coco nut), BEEF TENDERLOIN (All our beef tartar are hand cut and served with fresh fries and mesclun salad) and many more mouthwatering delicacies.
