Mr. Nava Chantasurakhon, Vice President, Public Affairs and Social Responsibility Division of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. (SSI), and Sahaviriya Group’s executives joined a bicycle ride trip with Cycling Superheroes by dressing up as Ultraman and Power ranger. The trip was around 30 kilometers from the Mae Hong Sorn city to Ban Nai Soi school. The purpose of this trip was to raise funds and donate clothes to children at Ban Nai Soi school where Cycling Superheroes planned to visit as the last school for their long journey in the North of Thailand. Cycling Superheroes took the whole month of March, riding bicycles in the North of Thailand and arranged games, activities, an English language camp and agricultural class for vulnerable kids. They supported 2 schools before during this trip: Safe Haven Orphanage, Tak and Ban Dong Mai School, Mae Hong Sorn.
Cycling Superheroes are a group of 3 people who dress up as superheroes and go cycling in various provinces to raise funds for charity. This year, SSI has become a major sponsor for them. All of the income raised from these activities will be contributed to support and strengthen vulnerable children and youth in remote areas.
