Emerging from a beautiful childhood memory, Mr. Samart Nongmeesub has translated his vision into an original cocktail which made him the winner at the inaugural Earth Hour Cocktail Competition at amBar.
The party began when the lights went out and so did the competition. Seven finalists from all over Thailand with their own creative ideas stepped out to present their cocktail along with the inspiration behind it. After having a hard time judging over the many great drinks and cool original ideas, Nature’s River has won the hearts of the honorable judges from ITALASIA and BK magazine. The inspiration came from Mr. Samart’s childhood memory when he was on a boat seeing colorful plants and herbs alongside the river on a peaceful day. The main ingredient of the cocktail is passion fruit mixed with Thai herbs, kaffir lime giving the glowing yellow color and fresh lime fragrance.
