Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is pleased to announce an appointment of Mr. Andreas Schimanski as Director of Culinary and Service, effective April 01, 2012.
Originating from Germany and with over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in leading hotels chains such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental and Hyatt, his career path has taken him to countries such as Vietnam, China, the United Arab Emirates, Philippines and South Africa. Andreas has been working with Starwood Hotels & Resorts previously at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, the Westin Beijing Chaoyang and has been in the position of Executive Chef at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa for the last 3 and a half years. With this assignment as Director od Culinary and Service, he will be overseeing the complete Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to further increase the recognition of Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa as a leading hotel in Thailand.
