Mr.Chote Trachoo, Permanent Secretary of Natural Resource and Environment Department recently presided over the conference on “12th Regional Congress on Geology, Mineral and Energy Resources of Southeast Asia (GEOSEA 2012)” on the theme of“Geoscience in Response to the changing Earth” in order to address the geoscientific and strategic issues of commoninterest in the region and the world. This event was held by The Geological Society of Thailand (GST) in cooperation with itsgeological organization colleague.
By this event Dr. Win Swe, Chairman of Myanmar Geosciences Society also attended as guest of honour and was welcomed by Dr. Songpob Polchan, President Geological Society of Thailand at Bangkok Convention Center, Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
