Discover the marriage of Argentinean wine with exquisite Spanish food! Chef Joan Tanya will create a 6-course dinner paired with a selection of wines from Argentina. The menu highlights including; Black ink paella with grilled calamari paired with Pascual Toso Chardonnay 2007, Pan-fried Hokaido Scallops, Iberico ham,cauliflower pure paired with St.Lucas Malbec 2010 and ‘Cordobesa’ style oxtail, Chorizo mushroom bomba paired with St.Lucas Cabernet Sauvignon 2007.
