Plus Property continues to prioritize “service quality and security” as the integral part in management, increased daily minimum wage policy won’t impact its standard in building management and residential projects
“The government’s 300 baht minimum daily wage policy, effective since April 1st, has led to around 40 per cent increase in costs of wages for security and cleaning staff in residential projects, including condominium, detached house and townhouse projects, and affecting residential project management business as a whole. This deals a direct blow to the collection of common expenses. The implementation of the new daily wage policy has further led several juristic persons to cut off manpower in charge of security and cleaning work in order to avoid increasing common expenses”, said Ms. Panvadee Phothinorthong, Assistant Managing Director for Property Management (Residential) Department, Plus Property Co., Ltd. “However, at Plus Property, we view that such a resolution compromise our management standard; we even have to cancel some management work in some buildings or projects. Nonetheless, we will not reduce manpower, or lower management standard; thus, customers can be assured of our service quality.”
“Plus Property place high importance to the service quality standard. Furthermore, we focus on training our people and utilizing innovative technologies to facilitate and enhance safety in residential buildings in order to offer superior services that exceed customers’ expectation, in line with our vision to offer premium service and added-value to both project owner and its residents”, she added.
Mr. Chan Sirirat, Assistant Managing Director for Building Resources Management and Engineering, Plus Property Co., Ltd said, “The recent adjustment of minimum daily wage policy has led to higher operational costs for the building in building management business. However, we have put in place an approach to minimize the impact for project owners by changing work procedures, working times or processes to lower cost and total expenses, while maintaining working efficiency for the building and project owners as usual.
“The success in offering quality building management services to customers along the course of 15 years in business allows us to better see the overview picture of business. The integral part for the growth of business in building management is to offer excellent services in all areas by considering specific demands and management approach of each office building. The management must meet the demand as well as expectations of all concerned parties. This makes it essential for us to seriously take the mentioned factors into account and maintain the building utilities and services as well as satisfaction of building users to ensure that all building operations are carried out effectively to deliver quality services at reasonable prices”, Mr. Chan said.
Plus Property has recently been awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system in building resource management business and residential building management business by Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Co., Ltd, thanks to its achievement in developing work procedures in compliance with quality standard consistently.
