According to the construction plan, the construction of project is divided into 2phases. The big and tall building of the project is located on Rama 9 Road near the business center of Ratchada. The already constructed parts consist of more than 1,700 units allocated with 47 units for shops. The condominium is a tall building of 32floors with 1 basement. There are 4buildings in the first phase. The building for shops is 3-floor tall. The total area of the first phase is approximately 9rai covering the area of approximately 64,000m2; 958units for residence and 26units for shops. The areas of residence rooms in the first phase range from 30, 37.5, 54.5, and 60m2. The opening selling price starts from 1.74 million baht. Inside each unit, the built-in kitchen can be found.
