Mr. Nobuyuki Murahashi, president of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Company Limited (MMTh) informs that Mitsubishi is going to extend Mitsubishi Call Center operation to Saturday to support the growth of the market, enhance after sales service operation and establish customers’ satisfaction starting from July 7, 2012 onward.
“Being as the window person who contact with customers directly, Call center is one of the important parts of the company. At MMTh, we have Call Center divisions which all of members are well trained and were continuously evaluated thus all of them have experience in this field and can provide assistance to customers efficiently regarding a company’s products or services. The chief advantage of having an in-house call center is that direct control can be given to the call center, can control the flow of demand of customers and flexibility to coordinate with other departments. The expansion of call center services to cover Saturday is to be inline with company policy which aims to establish customers’ satisfaction in all relevant departments and also support the growth of the market.
