KTC offers three sets of debenture with a total value of 6,000 Million Baht.Minimum investment of 100,000 Baht with interest paid every 3 monthsat the interest rates of 4.90%-5.40% per year.
KTC is offering an alternative investment for existing debenture subscribers, members of the general public and institution investors. Three sets of long-term debentures have been issued with total value of 6,000 Million Baht. Two-year, three-year and four-year debenture offer interest rates of 4.90%, 5.20% and 5.40% per year respectively, with interest paid every three months. Minimum subscription is set at 100,000 Baht with increase in multiples of 100,000 Baht.
Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, said “KTC will offer long-term debentures as an alternative for investors and those who wish to have some savings. Three sets of debenture will be offered. We will have up to 2,500 Million Baht worth of two-year debenture at the interest rate of 4.90% per year; up to 3,500 Million Baht worth of three-year debenture at the interest rate of 5.20% per year; and, up to 1,000 Million Baht worth of four-year debenture at the interest rate of 5.40% per year. The first two sets combined will not exceed 5,000 Million Baht. The third set will not exceed 1,000 Million Baht. All three sets combined will not exceed 6,000 Million Baht. Interest will be paid every three months. The minimum subscription is 100,000 Baht with increase in multiples of 100,000 Baht. We will spend the money raised from these debentures on the repayment of loans, as well as the use as working capital and for future business and service expansions.”

“Holders of short-term KTC debenture can subscribe on July 25th, 2012. Holders of KTC128A (except institution investors) can subscribe on July 26th, 2012. General investors can subscribe on July 30th and 31st, 2012 and on August 1st through 3rd, 2012. Institution investors can subscribe on August 3rd, 2012. We have assigned four financial institution partners to handle subscription and payment: Krungthai Bank call 1551, CIMB Thai call 0-2626-7777, Thanachart Bank call 1770 and UOB Bank call 0-2285-1555. Interested subscribers can ask for a prospectus or inquire about subscription and dates during normal office hours.”
