Violin and Piano Recital by the promising young classical Thai pianist Natnaree Suwanpotipra and violinist Sakkan Sarasap. Natnaree started her music lessons at the age of 4. She won many first prizes from national piano competition from 2003 till 2008. In 2010 she won the first gold medal from Settrade Youth Music Competition. In 2011 she won first Prize Steinway Piano Concerto Competition and was awarded the 2011 Outstanding Youth of Thailand and Under the category ‘ Art and Culture’ by the MinistyOf Social Development and Human Security. Natnaree performed the Beethoven’s Piano concerto with SSMS Orchestra in 2009 and performed Grieg’s Piano Concerto with the Southeast Asia Youth Orchestra (SAYOWE) in 2010. After this perform she will pursue her bachelor’s degree in music majoring in piano performance at the University of North Texas USA with a scholarship. Sakkan Sarasap began studying violin when he was 6 years old. He gave his first violin recital when he was 11 years old at Anantra Resort and Spa. Sakkan won 3rd prize, The National Beethoven Competition in 2008 and won the gold medal prize, the Settrade Thai Youth Musician Competition in 2009.
He performed Violin and Cello Duo Recital at Imperial River House Hotel , Chiangrai in 2010 and 2011 at Goethe Insttute, Bangkok . In 2012 Sakkan played Bach and Paganini violin recital at Vichairat Auditorium, Chiangrai. After this perform he will pursue his violin study ( DEM,3eme cycle ) at Niedermeyer Conservatory, Paris, France.
