Amarin Tower, a prime office development on Ploenchit Road and owned by the Gaysorn Group, has successfully achieved 100% occupancy. This 22-storey office tower has a total lettable area of 24,000 sq.m., having Kiatnakin Securities, Phillip Wain, the Safe Fertility Center, Elite Office, and OMD Asia Pacific as its anchor tenants, reports Mr. Nithipat Tongpun, Executive Director and Head of Office Services at CBRE Thailand, the sole leasing agent for the building.

The property is situated in the core central business district (CBD) of Bangkok and is easily accessed from both Ploenchit and Rajdamri Road, a feature that is further enhanced by a direct skywalk to the Chidlom BTS station, Gaysorn Plaza, Centralworld, Central Chidlom and Siam Paragon.
