The Company started to develop the ‘Biz Concierge’ in full scale during the 3rd quarter of last year. In addition, the facilities have been equipped with the latest telephony technology, the internet, etc. The Company has spent a total of over 10 million Baht to cover the whole phase of these developments.
Keith Hodgson, the general manager, added that the ‘Biz Concierge’ is a business center offering various services from fully furnished office space rental, virtual office and seminar/conference rooms. Tenants are very satisfied with its downtown location, for example, the Nana BTS station is only 4 minutes away and the Sukhumvit MRT station is just 5 minutes away.
