Bangkok--27 Jul--B.A.D The Bangkok Art Directors’ Association (B.A.D) - led by the new dual presidents from DRAFTFCB, Mr. Warawut Kaennakham and Mr. Kittaphan Palmoke - unveils the event of B.A.D Awards 2012 with a thematic key message of ‘B.A.D Hungry’ that aims to invoke hunger in the creative minds of advertising people who should never stop seeking for better and edgier ideas to achieve even greater professional creations. Mr. Warawut Kaennakham, this year’s B.A.D’s co-president, says that the idea of the event stems from “Our observations at the latest Cannes event that the Thai advertising industry might have become saturated, inspiration-wise. And that, in our world, is not such a good thing. Once creative people has no crave for new and better ideas, they have no drive to make new and exciting advertising and that means our industry is bound up in the same old box. This is why this year’s B.A.D event aims to invoke hunger into the minds of Thai creative people. We want them to be more driven and to strive for better professional works in the local advertising industry.” One of the most significant events in Thailand’s advertising scene, B.A.D Awards has come to its 28th anniversary this year.
